Mass email, bulk notification, Welome Messages

Once I entered our box holders with email addresses / phone numbers, is
there a way to send all of them a welcome-email at once?

    That is a great question. Currently we are only able to do that when MDD uploads a database of customers for you. As an MDD location you can send individual welcome emails by clicking the “Account Info” button for each recipient and then click the “Re-send welcome email (resets password)” link. You can also do this as you add each package recipient into MDD. We are working on a feature that will automatically re-send the welcome email whenever a package recipients email address has been modified.
