can’t delete Package recipient

I created several “test” customers which I’m unable to delete. When
hitting the delete icon, a pop-up asks me if I’m sure that I want to
delete the package recipient and I hit OK. However, the accounts stays
active.

    MyDigitalDoorman is designed to function on IE7 or higher. The issue of not being able to Delete package recipients is a known issue with IE6 and perhaps another browser. You have a few options; You could continue to use it with the browser you have on that computer now and delete customers from another machine, or you can upgrade your browser to IE7 or IE8.

    Some of our customers love Firefox, some are now addicted to Chrome, and some like the older versions of Internet Explorer. There is nothing wrong with using these browsers with MDD, but remember that we cannot beta test every feature with every browser. While other browsers may work for the most part, as of this time we can only support IE7 or IE8.
